Disclosures for Uniquely Zee Blog

Per the FTC regulations, this is a full explanation of how and when I am compensated on www.uniquely1zee.com.

My Why

On January 2018, I started this website as a personal venture with the hope of offering encouragement to women just like me – wives, moms, sisters, friends, and entrepreneurs. I enjoy writing as a means to pour out my soul to God, get rid of thoughts dangling in my brain,  expressing difficult things, and as a means of encouraging other women.

My integrity as a blogger is extremely important to me. I will never promote something, even if I am offered compensation for that promotion if I don’t feel it is worth your time, energy, or money. I will never endorse or recommend a person, a product, a business, a church or a ministry that I do not trust or totally believe in. Occasionally, I may be invited to review a certain product.  Please know that if I do, I will provide my honest feedback.

This blog does have costs associated with it, including hosting fees, blog design, and the time involved in keeping the blog going.

There are many ways to be compensated for this and I could receive some compensation for:

Underwritten Posts

Occasionally companies will offer to underwrite a post in order to expose the Ministry of Hope audience to their brand or company.  These posts are written solely by me on a subject or topic selected by me, but agreed upon by the company I am working with.

These posts represent my own honest opinion and are not typically reviewed or edited by the company prior to publication. (Although this year, two of these companies have asked to see a final copy before it was published).

Be assured that I will only work with companies whose values align with those represented on this blog, and I will only write content that I think would be of genuine interest to you, my readers. Underwritten posts will always be clearly disclosed as such.

Affiliate Marketing

Another source of revenue for Uniquely Zee comes from commissions I make off from sales or leads generated through affiliate linking.  I will not link to something just because it is an affiliate link. I believe in the Golden Rule and I want to treat my followers the same way I would expect to be treated.

Often the reverse is true; I will find a company I like and recommend that I was planning on writing about anyway, and then after the post is already written I will look to see if there is an affiliate program available.

The following are some, but not all, of the companies, I frequently link to using affiliate links: A Simple Year, Courtney Carver, Coupons.com, Work At Home, Health Talks Online, The Confident Mom, Thrive Market, and Elite Blog Academy.

We are also a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

If you click on an affiliate link and print a coupon, sign up for a service or order a product, I will earn a commission.
